WHY ARE YOUR PRICES LOW YET QUALITY IS HIGH?
By cutting down the supply chain and shipping everything directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong, we will not be charging huge markups that are prevalent in the fashion industry. In return, consumers can take advantage of such privilege
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
As Prime is an intimate product. No refund will be made once a purchase is made. Its up to the customer purchasing the product to evaluate a fit of the product. Once purchase is made, its non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unless there is a defect after you have received the goods. Please email us and we will urgently discuss the matter with you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
NOTE: Hong Kong customers will not need to pay any additional import duties & taxes.
If you are buying outside of Hong Kong, there is a chance you might be liable to pay additional taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery
Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Processing takes around 1-2 days after which we generally deliver all orders in Hong Kong in 1-2 days. For worldwide, it will take about 8 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
